"Woke up with a sore throat," Cyrus, 16, posted on her Twitter account Tuesday, with a frown face emoticon. "Why am I always sick?"

Though she tried to get plenty of rest before her show in Salt Lake City Tuesday night, the singer ran off stage while performing "7 Things" and a stage manager told the crowd that Cyrus needed medical attention, according to The Salt Lake Tribune. She re-emerged onto the stage after 15 minutes and completed the show, but later announced she had strep throat.
